Types of wire rope pulling winch
AQ-JM electric control slow speed winch, AQ-JK electric control high speed winch, AQ-JKL fast speed piling winch, AQ-JT speed regulating winch, AQ-JKD small winch.
AQ-JM series are gear reducer driving winch. Steps of winch maintenance
During the winch operation process, observe and check the brake, clutch, stop the role and wear, timely troubleshooting.
In normal operation, every year or so to carry out a major overhaul or overhaul after the end of a construction period, replace worn bearings and other vulnerable parts, usually found problems should be maintained at any time.
During the process of winch transportation and maintenance, put the winch in a dry place, take good moisture-proof, anti-corrosive measures for winch parts.
Usual failures and handling methods
The brake wear makes clearance too large, it affects the brake reliability. Adjust clearance or replacement components in time. If the bearing becomes overheated due to wear or poor lubrication, improve lubrication or replace the bearing as the case may be.
The overload motor or motor bearing heat, it needs to stop cooling, refuel timely, reduce the load. Open the power switch in advance before check electric equipment. Keep electric equipment clean, take regular cleaning for dust, dirt, oil. There is no oil on contact terminal. Burned or oxidized contacts shall be ground down with fine sandpaper, insulation rings are not allowed to use gas wishing. In order to prevent the armature iron core contact surface rust, lubricate the winch with machine oil, then wipe clean. The sections of the resistor cast iron sheet should be checked regularly for fracture.
When the motor is running under rated load, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal sound in the motor rotation, whether there is spark between the brush and the slip, and whether the motor is hot, not exceeding the allowable value.
