Standards modular design of rubber tyred crane

Advanced technology of RTG container crane
The crane is through steel shot blasting pre-treatment. The surface quality reaches Safety 2.5 grade. Crane wheel and wheel shaft are through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment. It eliminated the internal and ensures the machining accuracy. The use of welding robot, the main girder inseam are welded by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radio graphic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.
The spreaders are based on forging technology with the high quality. The main beams and legs are one time forming without welding beam U frame, and carefully welding of the whole beams. The trolley is comprised of motors for lifting and traveling, brake, reducer, coiling block and electric power transmission device. The skills are professional and safe.
