Compact structure of light duty winch
Winch is composed of base, gear box, motor, cable arrangement machinery, electrical control box, frequency converter box, hand-held controller, etc. The controller (or hand-held controller) is connected with the electric control box by soft wires.
Operation process of electric winch
Before each use, check whether the overall condition of the electric winch is good, whether the lubrication of the rotating parts is normal, and if there is no abnormal situation, the main switch of the electric winch can be closed and energized.
Check the power indicator lamp (normal condition; indicator light on), alarm indicator lamp (normal condition; indicator light off), and cable length display screen (normal condition: display light and display number) of the front panel of the control box.
Description: If the winch is in the initial state, that is, all the cables are on the wire tray, and the number on the display screen is not zero, you can press the “meter clearing” button under the display screen, and then it displays length zero.

A)Loosen the fixed bolt of the wire disc, press the “release” button, the winch works, the wire disc at this time, we can observe the display value of the acting length on the display screen and determine the acting length. When the target is close to the working position, adjust the “take-back knob” to reduce the setting-out speed. When the target reaches the working position, press the “stop” button, the setting-out stops and the motor brakes.
B)After fixing the wire disc with the wire disc bolt, start the target work.
C)Target work is finished, release the fixed plug of the wire disc, press the “take-up” button, winch works, wire disc take-up rotation, carry normal operation after the target effluent, adjust the “take-up knob” to reduce the take-up speed. When reaching the take-up position, press the “stop” button, stop the take-up and brake the motor.
D) The power can be cut off after the wire disc is plugged in and fixed.

Maintenance and precautions
The difference between electric winch and hydraulic winch is that when running, the electric winch is connected with 380V three-phase strong electricity, so pay attention to protecting power cable and other connecting cables in use. No matter in use, or storage, transportation, installation, disassemble and other circumstances, never squeeze, pull winch connection cable. Cable lines should be checked regularly. If they are damaged, they should be repaired in time and ensure that they are completely repaired before they can be re-energized for use.
Considering of reliability and safety, electrical control box adopts sealing design. It dissipates heat through box. It is better to avoid direct sun exposure for long time.
When the hand-held controller is not in use, it should be protected by sheath. The speed control knob is relatively fragile, and pay attention to avoiding collision in use.
If it is not used for a long time, one end of the cable connecting the main power switch should be removed to ensure the safety of the circuit.
Frequency converter protection level is high, do not need special maintenance, but pay attention to the side of the radiation window box to keep smooth, can not block.
For the gear box, observe the oil level and pay attention to refueling.
Although the wire rod and smooth rod are made of stainless steel, they should also be cleaned regularly, keep lubrication and run smoothly.
