Solutions to excessive noise in transfer cart working

Faults of electrical control cabinet:

Abnormal noise occurs when the control loop generally emits “hum” noise, most of which is the fault of the contactor (such as bad contact of the contactor’s contact head, inconsistent voltage level, stuck magnetic core, etc.). The contactor should be inspected and repaired. If it is unable to be repaired, it must be replaced.

Electric track battery flat car fault:

Immediately stop, check whether the electric track battery flat car is single-phase operation, or bearing damage. Check other faults, such as, output shaft is not correct and “sweep the chamber. These will make electric flat car have abnormal noise. Different fault noise positions, high and low sounds are different.

During single phase operation, the whole transfer car has a regular strong and weak humming sound; when the bearing is damaged, it will and send out a “thump – thump” buzz near the bearing; and the output shaft is not the right time, or flat car slightly sweeps the chamber, the whole transfer cart issues a very high hum sound, not always accompanied by a sharp and harsh sound.

In short, based on the different noise, find out the fault, carry out a item-by-item maintenance, restore the normal performance of the electric track battery flat car, when transfer cart fault is not processed, prohibit the use of the cart.

Gearbox fault:

Stop and inspect, first determine whether the reducer box or bearing lubricants before the use, whether replace the lubrication regular during use. If not lubricating according to the requirements, reducer will not only produces excessive buzz sound, but also has excessive wear or damage to the gear and bearing.

Industrial transfer trolley charging and use notes

1. The battery cover is not allowed to place any conductive items, so as not to cause a short circuit of the battery.

2. The battery should be given a timely charge after discharge. Interval time shall not exceed 24 hours.

3. For a backward battery in use, find out the reason, repair immediately, if not repair, replace a new battery.

4. For injection water and sulfuric acid solution in storage battery, the temperature should be between 10 ~ 35 ℃, not too high or too low.

5.No fireworks in the charging room to avoid hydrogen explosion. Charging indoor should have good ventilation. Room temperature is not less than 15 ℃.

6.The surface, connecting wires and bolts of the battery should be kept clean and dry. If there is acid solution, wipe cotton yarn with alkali solution, then rinse with water and dry. During the cleaning process, alkali solution is not be allowed into the battery.

7. Keep the connection of the battery good contact, so as not to cause spark pole burn-out or explosion of the battery.

8. The battery should avoid over charge, over discharge, strong charge and insufficient charge, otherwise it will shorten the battery life.

9. The battery is not allowed to fall into any harmful substances. Instruments and appliances used to measure electrolyte density, temperature and level should be kept clean to avoid bringing impurities into the battery.
