Types of industrial gantry crane

According to capacity, our crane includes light duty gantry crane and heavy duty gantry crane. Light duty type is suitable for frequent, fast work, such as assembly line. We have light duty gantry crane as 5 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton. Heavy duty type is great for lifting and transporting heavy material, such as railway construction, port. Customers can choose large crane as 20 ton, 50 ton, 100 ton.

Wheel rail gnawing fault and maintenance

Reason

First of all, the problem of wheel deflection in the horizontal direction mainly refers to that in the process of wheel installation, no attention is paid to the control of the horizontal deviation. When the track center line and the wheel center line are not coincident, a certain Angle is formed. In under the condition of forming the Angle is greater than 0.5 °, wheel rail gnawing failure will occur.

Second, the deflection of the wheel in the vertical direction, mainly refers to the influence of the gantry crane‘s own structural deformation factors, the difference between the plumb line and the centerline of the wheel tread to form an Angle, resulting in the increase of the running radius of the wheel, running a round’s journey significantly increased. In addition to the above factors, the deviation of transmission performance of the transmission system and the design and installation defects of the track itself will increase the incidence of wheel rail gnawing fault.

Treatment measures

First of all, considering that the track in the actual operation of gantry crane will bear various external forces to varying degrees, resulting in displacement and deformation problems, long-term effect will induce wheel rail gnawing fault. Therefore, in order to ensure a good track working state, it is necessary to pay attention to the flexible adjustment of the track.

In orbit before the adjustment, checking whether the track surface crack, crack problem, the gauge is measured at the same time, for the entire height adjustment, rail straightness by wire rope for correction, and then see if there are any loose bolts or rail clips, if the deformation to be mild, can be directly adjusted locally, if the deformation is serious, it shall take replaced new track or enlarge basic way to realize high orbit. Secondly, the installation accuracy of wheel group needs to be reliably controlled.
