Inspection of indoor gantry crane
1.Check whether there is a reliable grounding connection between the metal structure and the metal shell, transformer core and its metal isolation layer, threading metal pipe groove, cable metal protective layer of all electrical equipment on lifting machinery.
2.Whether the circuit is equipped with short circuit protection, voltage loss, zero position, over current, phase break protection.
3.Is the power supply controlled by a convenient button panel safe voltage control? System, function is valid, control cable support rope is valid
4.Is the movable lighting in driver’s cab, passageway, electrical cab and engine room safe voltage? Do metal structures be prohibited for circuit checking of lighting lines?
5.Brake parts, brake disc wear, brake adjustment, brake propeller oil flow inspection.
6.Friction between brake wheel and friction pad when brake is opened and contact inspection between brake wheel and friction pad when brake wheel is closed.
