Producing process of galvanised steel structure
All of our steel structures are designed and produced according to national standards. To make sure that every customer can get qualified galvanised steel structure, our company pays attention to very step of producing process. It mainly includes steel plate cutting, H section assembly, automatic welding, H section correction, manual welding, shot blasting, painting or galvanised, product finished.
How to design steel structure factory?
Load-bearing: steel structure workshop is under construction load, rainwater, dust, snow pressure and maintenance load. The load-bearing performance of metal roof panel is related to the section characteristics of the plate, the strength and thickness of the material, the way of force transmission and the distance between purlins.
Lighting: the building area of steel structure factory is generally relatively large. It can improve indoor lighting through skylights in daytime and save energy. In order to arrange daylighting panels or glasses in specific positions of metal roofs, the service life of skylights should be coordinated with metal roofs, and waterproofing treatment should be done at the joints of skylights and metal roofs.
Moisture-proof: especially in the rainy summer season, to prevent condensation of water vapor in the metal roof floor and metal roof layer, and to remove water vapor from the metal roof layer. The solution is to fill the metal roof with insulating cotton, lay waterproof film on the metal roof floor, and have ventilated joints on the metal roof panel.
Lightning protection: thunderstorm occurs in summer. When designing steel structure factory, lightning should be directed to the ground to prevent lightning from breaking through metal roofs and entering the room.
Fire prevention: fire is a major hidden danger in the use of steel structure buildings. The metal roofing material will not burn, and the flame will not penetrate the metal roofing when the fire happens in the steel structure workshop.
Anti-seepage: to do a good job of anti-seepage, steel plant must also prevent rainwater from seeping into the metal roof panel from the outside. Rainwater enters the metal roof mainly through overlapping cracks or joints. To achieve anti-seepage function, it is necessary to use a concealed fixed gasket at the screw opening, sealant or welding treatment at the overlap of the plate, preferably a long plate to eliminate overlap, and waterproof treatment with tight abdominal distension at various joints.
Sound insulation: most of the general steel structure factories are used in production workshops. In the process of production and construction, there will inevitably be noise. In order to prevent sound from spreading from outdoor to indoor or from indoor to outdoor, steel structure factory will inevitably produce noise. The sound insulation effect of filling the metal roof layer with sound insulation material is expressed by the difference of sound intensity on both sides of the metal roof layer. The sound insulation effect is related to the density and thickness of the sound insulation material. Attention should be paid to the fact that sound insulation materials have different effects on different frequencies of sound.
Heat preservation: do a good job of rainwater in summer, do a good job of winter heat preservation. Prevent heat transfer on both sides of metal roof of steel structure factory building, and make indoor temperature stable. The thermal insulation function is realized by filling the thermal insulation material under the metal roof panel. The thermal insulation performance is determined by the following factors: the raw material, density and thickness of thermal insulation cotton; the humidity of thermal insulation cotton, the connection mode between metal roof panel and underlying structure; and the thermal radiation repeat ability of metal roof.
