Safety regulation for cantilever gantry crane
1.Check the brake, hook, wire rope, safety device and other parts according to the requirements of the point inspection card. If any abnormal condition is found, it shall be eliminated first.
2. The operator must confirm that no one is on the platform or track before closing the main power supply. When the power circuit breaker is locked or has a notice board, the main power supply can be closed only after the original person concerned has removed it.
In the work
1.When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the lifting height shall be 0.5 meters, put the weight down again, check the performance of the brake, and confirm the reliability before normal operation.
2.The operator shall ring the alarm for the following operations in accordance with the provisions.
(1)Lift, drop heavy objects; when the trolley is moving;
(2)Crane running in the line of sight is not clear, ring the alarm continuously;
(3)The crane drives close to the span of another crane;
(4)Lift heavy objects close to the personnel.
3.The operation shall be carried out according to the unified command signal.
4.In case of sudden power failure during operation, all controller handles should be placed at the “zero” position, and the crane should be checked for normal operation before working again.
5.When the crane and the trolley are in normal operation, it is strictly prohibited to stop the trolley by driving the reverse brake; when changing the moving direction of the crane and trolley, the handle must be placed at the “zero” position so that the mechanism stops completely before driving in reverse.
6.For cranes with two hooks, when the main and auxiliary hooks are changed and the height of the two hooks is close, the main and auxiliary hooks must be operated separately to avoid the collision of the two hooks.
7.Two hooks of the crane is not allowed to hang two objects at the same time with two hooks; adjust the lifting mechanism brake when it is not working.
8.Do not use the limit position limiter to stop. It is prohibited in the case of load to adjust the lifting mechanism brake.
9.Strictly implement the “ten no hanging” system.
10.If anything abnormal is found, stop the machine immediately, check the cause and remove it in time.
After the work
1.Lift the hook to a certain height, park the crane and trolley at the designated position, and set the controller handle at the “zero” position; pull down the switch handle of the protection box and cut off the power.
2.Carry out daily maintenance.
3.Do a good job in succession.
