Parts of boat anchor winch

The anchor is steel material. One piece is fixed to the ship with an anchor chain, and the other end is in the shape of a barbed claw. The anchor is composed of four-jaw anchor, hall anchor, navy anchor, ball anchor, and beck anchor, etc. The weight of the anchor is 20kg-10000kg, and the anchor of large ships with more than 200,000 tons should reach about 10 tons. The tensile strength of the anchor chain is very large, so it can hold the ship.

The anchor chain is divided into two kinds: stud anchor chain and unstud anchor chain. With the same size and material, the strength of 12.5-100mm stud anchor chain is larger than that of the unstud chain, the deformation is small, and it is not easy to twist when piling up. Widely used for modern large and medium-sized ships. Open hawse chain 6-16mm for small vessels only. The ship code provides that when the required anchor chain diameter does not exceed 17mm, it can be replaced by undamped anchor chain with equal test load, or by steel wire rope or fiber rope with equal load.

The anchor chain is firstly composed of many chain links which are connected to each other to form 25m or 27.5m length anchor chain section, and then several anchor chains which are connected to form the whole chain by connecting link or connecting shackle.

Daily maintenance on duty

1.Check whether the temperature rise of motor, electromagnetic brake, relay and contactor coil is normal.
2.Check whether the ventilation system is normal.
3.Check whether the motor, electromagnetic brake and contactor are working properly.
4.Discover faults and replace damaged parts in time.

General examination

Dust removal and cleaning of electrical control screen;
Tighten the connection screw and check whether the moving parts are flexible and reliable.
The mechanical part of the master controller is cleaned and lubricated.
Check all electrical components to make them meet the requirements of the instructions.
Check whether the circuit and components are broken, short circuit and grounding.

Overhaul check

Check apply voltage and release voltage of electrical appliance.
Check and adjust whether the setting values of zero voltage relay, overload relay, electromagnetic brake, time relay meet the requirements of control circuit.
Check whether the contact pressure of relay and contactor meets the requirements.
Check the resistance of contact coils and relays to eliminate open or short circuit faults.
Measure the insulation resistance of control panel, motor and electromagnetic brake coil.
Ventilation cooling system inspection, bearing cleaning and refueling.
