How to prolong service life of winch?
Mechanical maintenance is uninterrupted. Regular maintenance of the winch, take check measures during a period of time, timely replacement of damaged parts and some more vulnerable parts, appropriate maintenance can avoid unnecessary trouble in the operation process.
The important part of the winch should be observed and examined at any time, such as the brake, clutch, stop these key parts. Pay attention to their operation and damage, clear fault. If the winch has not been running for a long time, it is necessary to check the maintenance measures when it is used again. In order to maintain the winch better during the stop using period, it is necessary to park the winch in the dry and ventilated position to prevent moisture and corrosion.
In the process of disassembly and assembly of the winch, pay attention to the matching surface not collide, check the friction surface wear, each part of the gear, bearing, rotating parts, connection parts wear and electrical components, such as the impact of the use of the machine should be replaced in time.
In the early stage of checking the electrical equipment of the winch, open the power switch in advance, electrical must be kept clean, regular clean the dust, greasy, not allowed to have contact with oil, burning or contact oxidation should use fine sandpaper, insulation circle could not use gasoline to clean. The use step of 35 ton hydraulic winch
Step 1. Winch fixing: according to the whole hydraulic winch use plan, select the appropriate winch, and use expansion screws to fix it firmly on the flat hard ground.
Step 2. Fix the weight: first fix the weight firmly with a lock, then hang it on the inside of the hook and tongue of the winch, and check it to make sure that the weight is not wrapped by any fixed objects.
Step 3: Hoisting: the hoisting operation can be carried out according to the instructions. Please note that if there is any abnormal situation in the hoisting operation, please stop the operation immediately and deal with it. After everything is normal, it can be used again.

Pay attention to following six tips:
I.For newly installed or newly installed winch after disassembly and inspection, first of all, it shall conduct several times of no-load test run. But before the completion of installation, do not try to turn on the power;
2.The motor shall have a separate operating switch and be equipped with overload and torque protection devices. The metal shell shall be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
3.In case of abnormal sound, brake failure or excessive temperature rise of bearing bit of reducer during hoist operation, stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting;
4.In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use the winch under disallowed circumstances, in excess of rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).
5.Installation, commissioning and maintenance, wire rope electric hoist must strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable, the hoist load test is based on the rated load weight, repeated lifting and left and right movement test, check whether some of its mechanical transmission is normal and reliable.
6.The operation, the operator should focus on, see the signal, follow the command. The operator is not allowed to leave his post while the winch is in operation. When lifting heavy objects, the operation should be gentle and smooth, not rapidly up or down, try to avoid emergency air braking.
Winch structure and operation is not complex, but if it can not be carefully maintained and repaired, it will be frequent failure, shorten the service life. Therefore, in addition to good routine maintenance, each year when the machine idle or less use should be disassembled, the parts according to scrap, repair, can be used 3 categories respectively. Don’t cause big problems with small parts.
