Differences between slow speed winch and quick speed winch:

Next, I introduce several methods to prolong the service life of gears.
1.Improve the working environment, so as to avoid gear in the air dust caused by increased friction, increase wear.

3.Improve gear heat treatment process, the selection of advanced technology and materials can improve the life of energy-saving hoist gear.
4.Ensure the effective lubrication of the gear, lubrication can reduce the friction between the gear, so it is also a way to extend the life of the gear.
Correct use of the winch
The wire rope shall not be knotted or twisted, and shall be replaced when the broken wire exceeds 10% within a pitch.
During the operation, no one shall cross the wire rope. After the object (object) is lifted, the operator shall not leave the winch. Objects or hanging cages should be lowered to the ground when resting.
In the operation, the driver and signalman shall maintain good visibility with the lifting objects, and the driver and signalman shall cooperate closely and obey the unified signal command.
In case of power failure during operation, the power should be cut off to lower the hoist to the ground.
Listen to the signal of the command staff in work, and the signal is unknown or may cause an accident. The operation should be suspended until the situation is clear.
Sudden power failure in the operation, should immediately pull the knife, transport down.
Upon completion of the operation, the material tray shall be floor to floor and the electric box shall be closed and locked.
Wire rope in the process of use and mechanical wear.
